Vacation Fever

August 4, 2016

Hawaiian shirts might not call the words “high fashion” to mind, but wearing one does not have to mean you are a tourist on vacation. These fun and bright prints bring an outfit to a unique and spirited place. Make an outfit all your own by working a Hawaiian shirt into your wardrobe. Whether the print be banana leaves, parrots or a combination of both, this piece is sure to make you stand out. Style yours with a printed skirt or pants for a “class-meets-clash” look. Make sure one color in each of your separates is matching as to not completely overwhelm your look. Or, let the Hawaiian shirt take all of the attention by pairing it with tailored pants or a skirt in basic, solid colors. Elevate your look by choosing nice (or expensive-looking) fabrics and materials. Can’t live full-time in the tropics? Might as well channel a vacation attitude all year-round through your new look.

Fashion and styling isn’t about expensive designers or the . . .
