Duster Coat for a Clean Look

August 23, 2016

Take your wardrobe from Summer into Fall with a Duster Coat. This transitional piece is an easy way to cover  up when the temperature begins to drop. Buy it now, and bring it on your last summer vacation. Lightweight and versatile, duster coats are great traveling pieces. Wear yours from touring around an European city, right to your desk on Monday. Designers have experimented with the silhouette in many different iterations- including prints, tweeds and embellishments, so it can be dressed up or down. Depending on your office, a Duster Coat can be worn to work in place of a blazer. This lengthening silhouette looks great paired with a pencil skirt and matching silk blouse a la Oscar de la Renta. Wear yours with tailored trousers and pumps for a serious yet stylish look that is sure to command attention. Speaking of which- an intricately beaded duster takes your look right into night and is cocktail party appropriate. On the weekends, keep it casual by styling your coat over a floral dress with ballet flats or with jean shorts, a t-shirt, and white sneakers. With so many different end-uses, Duster Coats will stay relevant and continue to create clean looks throughout the Fall.
